Willie Rosenthal

National Director of Operations

California native, Willie Rosenthal has been in the hospitality industry nearly his entire life. Willie’s passion for hospitality has given him the opportunity to work all over the world. He started his career in San Diego, California but his desire to travel led him to work in Northern California, London, Buenos Aries, Alaska, Park City, Jackson Hole, and now Denver. Willie studied business management at San Diego State University before he began exploring what the world of food and beverage had to offer and got his chops in restaurant and bar operations with Fine Dining Restaurant group in Jackson Wy. Willie was responsible for the opening of Death & Co Denver from pre-opening to five operating revenue streams. When he isn’t working, Willie’s passion is in music, people and the outdoors. He is an avid snowboarder, who loves to listen to records, cook with friends, road trip and camp. Willie brings his diverse background in hospitality and a smile to the Gin & Luck Operations team.
