Lauren Corriveau

Associate Director of Operations

Originally from Upstate NY, Lauren Corriveau first started working in bars and restaurants as a teen while attending college in New York City. After graduating with degrees in Merchandising and Business Management, Lauren went on to work within the fashion industry for many years. During a period of freelance work, Lauren held a part-time position on the opening bar and management team of a high-concept bar in Brooklyn, where the experience of developing a new space resonated with her background in retail and design and refocused her passion for hospitality. After being offered a role at Nitecap by co-owner Natasha David, Lauren left fashion for a full-time career in food & beverage. During a five year tenure at Nitecap, Lauren held the position of Head Bartender and later Bar Director, playing a significant role in running the business and shaping the brand. 

Lauren has a fondness for menu development, and her cocktails have been published in many print and online journals such as: Punch, Eater, Tasting Panel, Imbibe, Grub Street, Thrillist, Forbes, Star Chefs, Sous Vide Magazine and Bar Magazine (Slovakia). Her recipes have also been featured in multiple books including: Cocktail Codex, Last Call, How to Spritz French Fluently and Easy Tiki. 

After almost fifteen years in NYC, Lauren has recently relocated to Los Angeles, CA where she now works as Lead Developer for Proprietors LLC.
