Director of Operations

Originally from the Finger Lakes, Lauren Corriveau began her career in hospitality while attending college in New York City. After graduating with degrees in Merchandising and Business Management, and after almost a decade’s experience in fashion and luxury retail, Lauren returned to the world of bars and restaurants as Head Bartender and later Bar Director of Natasha David’s cocktail bar Nitecap, where she played a key role in shaping the business and brand’s identity. In 2019, after almost fifteen years in NYC, Lauren relocated to Los Angeles where she joined the Gin & Luck national team. Currently, Lauren serves as Gin and Luck’s Director of Operations, where she utilizes her experience in hospitality and business development to drive company performance, build team cohesion, and uphold brand standards.
