Jordan Schwartz is a Bay Area native living in Los Angeles, who learned the ins and outs of the bar world during an 8-year stint in New York. He has spent time behind the bar at quite a few notable cocktail-focused establishments, including The Walker Inn and Raines Law Room. That, coupled with a background in dive and sports bars, gives him a unique perspective on the industry. His passion for spreading knowledge and quality is what led him to seek out his current job as Lead Trainer with Proprietors LLC. When he’s not doing something bar related, you are likely to find him traveling with his girlfriend Christina, or spoiling his Pomeranian, Wanda.
